Homecoming Weekend

Ole Miss Homecoming was October 4th and 5th. On Friday night we went to the Homecoming parade with our friends, Tracie and Jeremy, and their little girl, Kate. After the parade we enjoyed dinner with them at Newks. Cousar and Kate had a great time chasing each other around the table! On Saturday, Cousar and I went to the Grove and football game while Justin and Barrett spent the day together at home...Cousar had a great time at the game. By the time we left he was saying "Ole Miss" and "Touchdown." He had said neither prior to the ball game! He also caught on to clapping quickly. He would be busily playing and as soon as the crowd cheered he turned around and joined in!

Waiting on the parade...Jeremy found balloons at Holly's Sweet Tooth. I have no idea how Cousar ended up with both of them!

One of my favorite pictures of Justin and Cousar

Kate excited about an apple...if only life were always this simple.
Another one of his many faces...
Playing in the water fountain at the ball game. I have pictures of him in the stadium but I can't find them now! He held out in the stands most of the first half, but was restless after half time...the water fountain bought me another quarter and a half...The Rebels lost, but we had a great time anyway.
