This morning me, Justin, and the boys went to Kennedy's 1st birthday party. Kennedy is 3 weeks younger than Barrett, and her mom used Dr. Williams as well! When we woke up it was pouring rain outside, and within just a few minutes the electricity was out! I felt awful for Allison (Kennedy's mom); however, I later accused her of having a hotline to Heaven because the electricity came back on and the sun came out about half an hour before the party started!
Kennedy and Barrett played in the drink buckets for at least 20 minutes. I wish I had known before how entertaining ice can be for a one year old! Grandma and Big Pop gave him the precious whale jon-jon! It is adorable on him! Thank y'all!
Cousar eating his hamburger...Kennedy's daddy works for the athletic department at Ole Miss. The football recruiting coordinator was at the party with his wife and children. When Cousar started eating his burger, the coach offered to start recruiting Cousar to play football now. He was very impressed with a 2 year old who would eat a hamburger like a grown man! (And, yes, I am bragging...)
